Insurance
We bill your insurer directly.
We bill your insurer directly — you focus on your family.
How the claim actually works
01
We document everything
Photographic and written record of every affected room and item, before any work begins. This is what supports your claim, and it cannot be recreated later.
02
We meet your adjuster on site
So the scope is agreed between people who are both looking at the same wall, rather than negotiated over email weeks afterwards.
03
Scope and pricing agreed
Written, itemised and shared with you. You see the same document your insurer sees.
04
You approve the restoration
Nothing gets rebuilt until you have signed off on what is being done. We bill your insurer directly.
What we will never offer to do
Get you more money than you are owed. Inflate a scope. Add damage that was already there. Waive your deductible, or “absorb” it into the invoice.
All four are common offers in this trade after a big storm, and all four are insurance fraud. They are a criminal matter for the contractor and they put your claim, your policy and potentially you personally at risk.
Accurate documentation is what protects you. It is also, in practice, what gets claims settled properly — an itemised, photographed, defensible scope is very hard for anyone to argue down.

Before we arrive
Six things that protect your claim.
- Photograph every room before anything is moved
- Keep damaged items until the adjuster has seen them
- Write down when the damage started and what you did
- Keep receipts for anything you buy to make safe
- Do not sign a scope you have not read
- Ask for the documentation — it is yours
The most expensive mistake people make is clearing up before anything is photographed. Once a ruined sofa is in a skip it did not exist, as far as the claim is concerned.
