Most of it can be saved. Not all of it.
Contents are where restoration gets personal. We inventory everything, clean what can be cleaned, and tell you plainly what cannot — rather than cleaning things that were never going to come back.

The things we will not pretend about
Upholstered furniture that sat in contaminated water, particleboard that has swollen, and mattresses are almost never worth restoring. We document them for your claim rather than billing you to clean them.
Photographs, documents and anything irreplaceable go first and get the most care. Those are usually what people actually mean when they ask what can be saved.
