Highwater

Dry is a number, not an opinion.

Structural drying finishes when the material reaches its dry standard, verified with a meter. Not when the floor feels dry, and not when the equipment has been there a week.

What the work involves

  • Dry standard established from unaffected material
  • Drying plan calculated for the affected volume
  • Equipment placed to a plan, not scattered
  • Readings logged daily and shared with you
  • Equipment removed when the target is met, not before
  • Final verification documented for the claim
A moisture meter held against the base of a bare drywall wall in an emptied room.

Why equipment sometimes stays longer

If a reading has not reached target, the equipment stays, and we will say so even when it is inconvenient. Pulling it early is how a repaired wall grows mold behind the paint six weeks later.

You get the daily log either way, so you can see for yourself whether the curve has flattened.
