Dry is a number, not an opinion.
Structural drying finishes when the material reaches its dry standard, verified with a meter. Not when the floor feels dry, and not when the equipment has been there a week.

What the work involves
- Dry standard established from unaffected material
- Drying plan calculated for the affected volume
- Equipment placed to a plan, not scattered
- Readings logged daily and shared with you
- Equipment removed when the target is met, not before
- Final verification documented for the claim

Why equipment sometimes stays longer
If a reading has not reached target, the equipment stays, and we will say so even when it is inconvenient. Pulling it early is how a repaired wall grows mold behind the paint six weeks later.
You get the daily log either way, so you can see for yourself whether the curve has flattened.
