How a job runs
Four phases, and the order is not negotiable.
Every expensive mistake we see came from somebody skipping phase two.
01
Make safe
Stop the source, isolate power where needed, tarp or board up. Nothing else matters until the loss has stopped growing.
02
Document before we touch it
Every affected room photographed wide and close, contents inventoried, readings taken. This is the part that cannot be recreated later, and it is the part that protects your claim.
03
Dry to a number
A dry standard established from unaffected material, a drying plan calculated for the volume, readings logged daily. Equipment comes out when the target is met, not when the week is up.
04
Restore, once you have approved it
Scope agreed with your adjuster, priced, and signed off by you before anything is rebuilt.
Then the claim side runs alongside it.
01
We document everything
Photographic and written record of every affected room and item, before any work begins. This is what supports your claim, and it cannot be recreated later.
02
We meet your adjuster on site
So the scope is agreed between people who are both looking at the same wall, rather than negotiated over email weeks afterwards.
03
Scope and pricing agreed
Written, itemised and shared with you. You see the same document your insurer sees.
04
You approve the restoration
Nothing gets rebuilt until you have signed off on what is being done. We bill your insurer directly.
